Women in constable in Bihar...
Nitish Kumar's decision to reserve 35 pc of women in constable
recruitments(April 12) is a welcome step.Nitish Kumar had earlir
reserved 50 per cent of posts in urban and rual elected bodies for
women and also made 50pc reservations for women in the primary
co-operative societies.The government decision to recruit 815 women
sub-inspectors and 9117 women constables will go a long way in
empowering women in a big way in Bihar and hope other states too would
copy Bihar Model of policing by women.
Government decision to create women desks in all the police stations
will motivate the hesistant women to register their complaints with
the police.Bihar government had already posted about a dozen IPS
officers as heads in different districts.Image of Bihar police will
definitely change.
Posting and appointment of women is not enough,but the work culture
should also improve.Bihar CM will have to assure the women police
officers will not copy their male counterparts in hurling choices
abuses,harassing and thrashing the commonman
Police job by nature makes them behave in that way.Wish the
policewomen would be different from their male counterparts in dealing
with the law abiding citizens.They can be ruthless with the criminals
,but with the commonman,they would be sensitive like a sister or
mother.

Shame for Bihar
It is shocking .Two youths from Muzaffarpur and Sitamarhi have been
found involved in criminal asault on a five-year-old girl of
Gandhinagar in New Delhi.A bus conductor from Aurangabad was arrested
on charges of murdering and assaulting an young girl in New Delhi in
December last year.He is in Tihar Jail now.Another youth from Banka is
charged with raping a four-year-od girl in Seoni in Madhya
Pradesh.What will be the reputation of Bihar.They have literally
blacklisted the youths of Bihar.Will they get accommodation on rent
,will they get jobs?.There will be question marks on the young boys
from Bihar elsewhere .
They have brought condemnation to the Bihari youths,who are known for
their hard work and sincerity.The actions of such youths have cast a
doubt on them now.
The parents of the youths in Bihar,paticularly from the rural areas
must be cautious now.One section of the society from North Bihar
district was already branded as terrorists by the National
Investigation Agency for involveent of some youths in bomb blasts and
terror activities in different parts of the country.And,the latest

Sanjay Dutt for mercy.
Supporters of Sanjay Dutt have started a campaign for pardon to the
film hero who has been found guilty under the Arms Act by the Supreme
Court also.Legal lumanaries,film stars,political leaders too have
joined the campaign seeking relief to Sanjay.
The film hero can be granted pardon under article 161 and 72 of the
Constitution.The Governor of Maharashtra(as the case relates to
Mumbai) can grant pardon to Sanjay exercising his discretionary
powers.
The power of granting pardon under Article 161 is very wide and does
not contain any limitation as to the time on which and the occasion on
which and the circumstances in which the said power could be
exercised.If the Governor is found to have exercised the power himself
without being advised by the government or if the Governor
transgresses the jurisdiction in exercising the same or if it is
established that the Governor has passed the order without application
of mind or the order is found mala fide or the Governor has passed the
order on some extraneous considerations,the court can interfere with
the execution of the order.
Justice Markenday Katju has written a petition to the Governor of
Maharashtra seeking pardon to Sanjay Dutt.The Governor will have to be
very careful in discharging the petition.The law does not limit the
mercy petition to be applied by the accused only,any one can seek
relief on his behalf.
The Governor in the instant case can be charged by certain sections of
the society to have acted on extraneous consideations-that the accused
is a celebrity,that the Governor is fan of Sanjay Dutt,that the
Governor is a regular viewer of his films..The Governor in the instant
case will have to act on the advice of the state cabinet also.The
advocate general will have to examine the petition and make it sure
the pardon will stand scrutiny of the Supreme Court.
Sanjay Dutt has taken a right decision by announcing he would not seek
pardon ,that he respected the law and would prefer to surrender before
the court in Mumbai and face the jail term prescribed by the court.It
appears he must have consulted the lawyers and does not want to cause
any harm to the credentials of the Governor or put the Congress
government to embarassment.His father was a Congress MP from
Mumbai,his sister is a Congress MP.The Governor can be charged with
acting on political considerations.The Governor was a minister in
Congress government in Kerala earlier.

every law fearing citizen.Still, an option is left-he can file a
curative petition before the Apex Court seeking further relief in
conviction .

The Arvind magic lamp has sunk into darkness
The sting operation exposing BJP party president Nitin Gadkari on his involvement in Maharashtra land scam has received less impact that what IAC would have wanted.
This was possible due to the availability of proper legal documents with the BJP chief and with little valid information with the IAC.
The most important thing is that ‘Kejriwal bomb’ has self exposed himself.This time, Kejriwal’s hammer did not break anything despite creating so much hype.
He became a laughing stock for others and gave chance to his opponents to show him is a poor light. Yesterday’s press confrence on Nitin Gadkari did not carry any certified legal documents validating what Kejriwal was claiming.
Now the public has come to known that Arvind Kejriwal is no different from other who too are power hungry. He is preparing a political party through this I.A.C platform for the up coming elections.
The congress party has rightly said Kejriwal is plying a game with public emotion by announcing the formation of a political party. Digvijay Singh had told this from very beginning. However, no one wanted to believe him. This became a reality when Kejriwal went on a fast and ended it by announcing the formation of a political party. Kejriwal is a power hungry person who used Anan Hazare.

The new hope for poor one...
The poverty of poor people would never get an end in this monster government or under any political party. then the questions arise how it will swipe out of the bottom of now all most dead India? Only this the pure poor and the the farmers who can bring the real hones democracy...not corrupt any political party..There is a hope in near future .who is Mr ARVIND KEJRIWAL...But it is quite dicey one...No know that if he gets the power how he will be formed in a good man or turned into bad after getting the power, almost people do not able to digest the name, power and fame. I' m sure he too is a not exception one. Even we should go foe him at leas it be like goes like..''.one man is one an eyes is good among all blinds...''.

The pain of loosing dear one...... she was sick ,,suffering from cancer. The day she tested on the cancer , the day began our pain full journey. it was a horrible to pass time day by day, all eyes of ours wetting kept always..... mom is the word witch exits in not in human being but also in animals.....I was very sure that mum would be totally cured.....and so kept my inner talking to GRT GOD.. FOR HER SAFE LIFE...oNE DAY MOTher went for next test and it was positive of dangerous cancer. so mom did understand that she has to do all the big things and small things for her family and specially for children... so she started to make the understand that one day or in few day they will be left without her.. I was the first one to deny her all sweet talk and kept saying if ''you wont be here then there is no any point to leave us,,,,and this words I was reap ting till her final journey...Mamma was quite upset over the way fate had snatched her from her children slowly 2 ONE DAY PAPA Came from office in the middle of work and asked the mother t o get ready ,every one was surprised on dad s' behavior... why he was doing this to his work in his service record he was very disciplined officer,,who never took an extra leave to entertain his family.... ..but but father was bonded now mom s' love and her .absence in near future, so he must have planned to spend his more time with mom like us or every body.. that day we all went to ganga s' bank by a typical boat...taht day mama sung asong of our s' choice.witch she used to sing when we were too small...papa told her to sing a song like chham 2 baje payal mery from very old film but maamaa didn't..we all were not ready he pain loosing our mom s' departure one day.. all eyes of family members kept always running tears.. but whenever mother used to check it it was almost dry. .one day an idea struck into my mind that i have fight against cancer at the any cost to my not my only mom but save the the all who are suffering from this deadly decease and for whom who are suffering from the pain of loosing their dear one...I was dreaming about life after death and i wanted to work on both issue ...as on life after death and the it.s control over death...i new it very well that journey of my plan was not a very easy job,,but still i was determind to do this marvelous work... ,,for humanity and it's fragile world...
the day after attaining my research work which i wanded to my own work.the whole world was against for doing the resreach work on exp losing papulation. in the already crowded world with human and animals....
